I''m not sure why this isn''t standard issue, but it was a fast and easy change to the slide lock. My arthritic fat fingers thank you.

Wow! Did it ever make a difference! I had to shift the Glock slightly in my hand to work the release, and it was still difficult. The extended release was simple to install and made a world of difference.
